Our offer is mainly located in the Corbières,
however we’re not limited to this particular region.
De Aude is divided in different regions, all offering a different landscape, type
of houses and climate (more info under “region”)
-Narbonne and the coast: flat landscape, close to
all amenities. The coast in general is composed of sand beaches, except Leucate
where the coast is rocky. Here you will find the best climate, it also counts
the highest population and is also the most expensive area. Offer
in general recent constructions, building plots, village houses, manors, converted
barns and apartments.
-Corbières: wine region, magnificent hilly landscape,
wide nature, small and quiet villages, depending on the location the climate
is Mediterranean. Offer: village houses, barns, manors, recent
villa’s, building plots, wine properties and vineyards. -Minervois: wine region, more flat than the Corbières
in the South, hillier in the North which touches the “Massif Central”.
Also the Canal du Midi passes through this region, the charming villages are
bigger, average of 3000 inhabitants. Offer: village houses,
barns, manors, recent villa’s, building plots, wine properties and vineyards. -Lauragais and Razes: agriculture region, here you
can find isolated farms with a few hectares of land!
The landscape is shelving, vegetation is no longer Mediterranean, sometimes
offering magnificent views on the snow-caps of the Pyrenees. Offer
also village houses, recent villas and building plots. -Montagne Noire and Haute Vallée: mountain and
forest area, especially in spring and autumn more rain and in the winter regularly
snow. Villages can be quite remote, this has an influence on the price, and
in general real estate is cheaper here. Offer: village houses,
farms, chalets, fewer recent constructions
